  Aimee Rado, Lauren Holden, and the whole Westlake Team have been so amazing to work with! I worked with them several times on the buyer side and loved them so much that I also used them for my last two listings. They are communicative, organized, and extremely on top of every transaction that we’ve had together. I always feel at ease when I know they’re the title/escrow company. Not to mention, they are all the nicest people, making it that much better. I love Ticor Title and will be using them for every transaction that I can. Thanks, Ticor!

  Ticor Title, especially our escrow closer Lauren, were amazing! We had a fast closing and everything went through without issue. They were extremely clear and prompt with all communication and made the signing process really easy.

  Great company with attention to detail on closings. I worked with Aimee Rado, Natalie Wallace and Brandy Gustin throughout the years and they have always made it to closing even with some difficult situations. I highly recommend Team Lake Union.
